Through Naturide.app we may collect:

  • Email address - if you apply to take part in the internal app testing.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system) - for statistics and security.

3. Purpose of processing

We process data only to:

  • Contact you about taking part in Naturide's internal testing and share testing-related information.
  • Reply to questions sent by email.
  • Analyze site traffic (anonymized data).

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for an internal testing application, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for technical data needed to operate the site.

5. Retention

We keep your email until internal testing ends or until you withdraw consent (removals are processed within 7 business days). Technical data is kept only as long as needed for security purposes.

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data (right to be forgotten),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

The internal testing application form is handled by Cloudflare Pages Functions, and form data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Notifications about new applications are sent through Web3Forms. Information about data processing by these services is available at cloudflare.com and web3forms.com.
